Två sidor av samma mynt (necessär menar jag)

Arbetar för fullt med att förbereda inför Sy- och hantverksfestivalen i Stockholm, Älvsjömässan, den 27 - 29 oktober, 2017, men kände igår att jag behövde få koppla av lite från allt sorterande av blixtlås, och tyger med lite sömnad. När jag rotat igenom en del av mina tyglådor, hittade jag ett färdigbroderat broderi, där jag sytt en bild som Ingrid Wester designat och stygnsatt, en veteranbil. Kände då att det vore roligt om jag kunde sy en necessär med den här broderiet. Här kommer bild på necessärens fram- och baksida. Det är ju så roligt att man med den här tekniken, att rita upp allt på ett vlieselinepapper (Rasterquick), kan sy vilka uppritade mönster som helst. Det innebär att fram- och baksida på en necessär inte behöver se lika ut.

I am, as mentioned before, eagerly working on preparing  myself for the participation in the upcoming Crafts Fair, at the Stockholm International Fair in Älvsjö, during October 27 - 29, 2017. After having spent a couple of days sorting out different colours of zippers, and a lot of fabrics, I had the urge to make something with my sewing machine. While going through all my storage boxes with fabrics, I found a  piece of fabric with an embroidery, designet and stiched by a friend of mine, Ingrid Wester. She has made a picture of an old car for embroidery by machine. I thought this embroidered car would be perfect for a small purse. Below you will find a picutre of the small purse. The method I use to sew the purses, enables you to make different front- and back sides. You do not have to make the same pattern on both sides.
