Resa till Alsace, och deltagande i "Carrefour Européen du Patchwork 2019

I morgon bär det av till Alsace, Frankrike. Jag och en vän till mig skall flyga ner till Strassbourg och därifrån skall vi ta oss vidare till Colmar, där vi har bokat hotellrum i fyra nätter. Vi täänker besöka den årligen återkommande utställningen av lapptäcken i Val d'Argent. I år är det 25-årsjubileum. Det skall bli så trevligt att få titta på vackra lapptäcken i fyra dagar och även se en hel del annat i och kring evenemanget.

Tomorrow, I will go to Alsace, France. I will go there with a friend of mine, and we will particpiate in the  event: Carrefour Européen du Patchwork, 2019, in Val d'Argent. This year they are celebrating their 25th anniversary, and I think it will be so nice to be able to see and get inspired from all the quilts on display during these three days of the exhibition. I will, surely, meet a lot of my quilting friends, and we will have a lot to talk about. Hope to meet some of you in Val d'Argent.
